How to Upload Invoices

Caresquare is able to ingest provider invoices in a large array of document formats, this includes:

  • .png

  • .jpeg

  • .pdf

  • .xslx

  • .doc

  • .docx

To upload provider invoices, you have THREE options.
follow the steps below:

​Option One: Drag and Drop

  1. Navigate to the 'Invoices' page

  2. In the bottom left-hand corner of your browser you will find the 'Upload an Invoice' box

  3. Click on the 'Select of Drag and Drop' box, this will bring up your computers 'File Picker' module

  4. Select the invoice(s) you wish to upload and click open

  5. You will then be taken back to the Invoices page, navigate to the bottom left-hand side of your browser and click the orange icon 'Upload'

  6. This is will then start the process of uploading your invoices to Caresquare


    The system also allows you to view any failed uploads and the associated reasons.

    Note : The times in this table correlate to the time the invoice had finished processing, NOT the time the invoice was received

​Option Two: Email

  1. Every Caresquare account is given a unique email address to give to providers to send invoices directly to the system

  2. If you cannot recall your unique email address, you can find it in your settings

Option Three: Email Auto-forward

  1. Caresquare recommends getting in touch with our Customer Service team to help you with setting up this functionality


After uploading an invoice, you can easily identify manually uploaded invoices by the presence of an icon next to them (see image for reference).
