Caresquare is able to ingest provider invoices in a large array of document formats, including:
.png.jpeg.pdf.xlsx.doc.docx
There are three ways to upload provider invoices into Caresquare 🙂
Option One: Drag and Drop/Upload Manually
Open the Invoices page from the left-hand menu.
In the bottom left-hand corner of your browser, you will find the “Upload invoices here” box.
Click on the Upload box/section. This will bring up your computer’s File Picker window.
Select the invoice(s) you wish to upload and click Open.
Alternatively, you can simply drag and drop your invoice files into the upload section.
Once selected, the invoices will begin uploading and processing automatically in Caresquare.
To monitor upload progress or review failed uploads:
Hover your cursor over the uploads section
Click “View Failed Uploads”
The system allows you to:View invoices currently processing
View failed uploads
See the associated failure reasons
In case you want to push the invoice you can manually force or override the invoice.
Option Two: Upload via Email
Every Caresquare account is provided with a unique forwarding email address that providers can use to send invoices directly into the system.
To Locate Your Custom Forwarding Email:
Navigate to Settings
Locate the Custom Forwarding Email section
You can then provide this email address to your providers for direct invoice submissions.
Option Three: Email Auto-Forwarding
Caresquare also supports automatic email forwarding setups, allowing invoices sent to your accounts mailbox to automatically flow into Caresquare.
We recommend contacting our Customer Service team for assistance configuring this functionality correctly.
After uploading an invoice, you can easily identify manually uploaded invoices by the presence of an icon next to them (see image for reference).
