Navigate to the 'Participants' page
Using the 'Search' tool at the top of the page, type the participants name or NDIS Number
Single Click on the new participant, this will bring up a quick access on their details on the right side of your browser
The image below shows the added fields you can use to better manage your participants;
Active & Inactive; If a participant is set to 'Inactive' the platform will reject any provider invoices addressed to them. The connection to the participants information from the NDIA API will also be severed.
Portal; To grant the participant access to the Participant portal, enter the Participant's email address and click Invite
Details; If your participant has a known 'alias' or 'other' name, you can add this here by clicking on 'Show Alias Names' and activating the functionality to add these names. This will help with identifying which invoices belong to this participant.
Contacts; If participants want to invoice approvals and statements sent to different email addresses, this can be done here.
Address; Add participants postal address.
Configuration; If your participant wants to review, approve or reject any provider invoices issued under their details. Select 'True' to turn this functionality 'on'.
Payment
Delete; This functionality will permanently remove the participant and their details from your Caresquare platform. Invoices associated to the deleted participant will remain in the Archive.
Update; Saving changes to a participants information will require you to click the 'Update' button. Any updates made without doing so will revert back to the original information.
