Profile tab
The profile tab allows you to manage your account, switch participants, and customise your app experience.
At the top of the Profile tab, you’ll see the current participant you are viewing, including their name and NDIS number.
a. Switch Participant 🔄
If you have access to multiple participants, you can easily switch between them:
Tap on a participant from the Switch Participant list
The selected participant will be highlighted with a checkmark
b. Account Details 🧾
Under the Account section, you can view your:
Email address
Phone number
User ID (with an option to copy)
c. Notifications 🔔
Enable notifications to stay updated:
Turn on Claim Approval Required to receive alerts when a claim needs your approval
d. Appearance 🎨
Customise how the app looks based on your preference:
Light mode
Dark mode
System default (follows your device settings)
e. About ℹ️
The About section includes important app information: App Version, Check for Updates, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Home Tab
The Home tab gives you a quick overview of your plan, spending, and recent activity all in one place.
a. Spending Over Time 📊
This section shows how your funding has been used over time across different categories:
Core
Capital
Capacity
Tap Details to view a more detailed breakdown of your spending (this will bring you to the Budget tab)
b. Top Providers 🏢
The Top Providers section displays the providers you’ve spent the most with:
Ranked by total spend
Shows the number of claims per provider
Helps you quickly identify where your funding is going
c. Recent Activity 🕘
Stay up to date with your latest claims and invoices:
View provider name, date, and amount and See claim statuses
Tap View all to see your full activity history (this will bring you to the Claims tab)
d. Plan Period 📅
At the bottom of the Home tab, you’ll find your:
Plan start and end dates and Plan type
Budget Tab
The Budget tab gives you a detailed view of your funding, including how much is available, how much has been spent, and how your budget is tracking over time and the next release (for S33 participants)
Plan Period 📅
At the top of the screen, you’ll see your:
Plan start and end dates and Days remaining in your plan
Budget categories and details 🧾
Your funding is divided into categories such as: Core, Capital and Capacity Building
Each category section shows:
Available balance
A timeline showing your budget usage across your plan period
Spent vs Released amounts
and the next funding amount release (for S33 participants)
Tap the right-pointing arrow > on a category to view more details.
At the top, you’ll see your available to spend, along with a progress bar showing how much of your budget has been used. You’ll also find a summary of your total spent, total budget, and an estimated weekly spend guide.
Further down, you can explore:
About This Budget – what the funding covers, flexibility, and any limitations
Rate of Spend – your average weekly spending vs available weekly
Provider Breakdown – where your funds have been spent
Categories – how your budget is distributed across supports
Budget Alerts ⚠️
If your budget is being used quickly, you may see alerts such as Running Low. These alerts help you stay on track and manage your funding effectively.
Claims Tab
The Claims tab allows you to view, search, and manage your invoices and reimbursement requests in one place.
Search for an Invoice or Provider 🔍
At the top of the screen:
Use the search bar to find a specific invoice or provider
Simply type the provider name or invoice number
View Your Claims 📋
In the Claims tab, your invoices and reimbursement requests are grouped by status. You can switch between All, Received, Processing, Paid, and Rejected to easily filter your claims.
Simply tap on an invoice to view the invoice details, line items, and the invoice PDF.
➕ How to Submit a Reimbursement using the mobile app
Go to the Claims tab and tap the ➕ (plus) icon beside the search bar
Enter the required details:
Upload the receipt photo
Add the invoice number
Enter the amount
Once completed, tap “Submit Reimbursement”
