Selecting Text by Drawing a Box
You can now draw a box around the text you want to select.
Click and hold your cursor.
Drag over the area containing the text you want to capture.
The system will automatically detect and select the text within that box.
Selecting a Single Word or Number
If you only need to select a single word or number, you can simply:
Double-click the word or number.
This eliminates the need to draw a selection box when copying smaller pieces of text.
Copying the Selected Text
Once your text is selected, you can copy it in two ways:
Press CMD + C on your keyboard
Click the Copy button
Automatic Formatting for Service Item Numbers
The system will now automatically format copied service item numbers.
This means the number will still copy correctly even if it:
Appears across two lines
Contains extra spaces
Has irregular formatting
The system will clean and format the item number so it can be used correctly when pasted elsewhere.
