Sending an Invoice for Approval
If a participant is configured so that all invoices, or invoices from specific providers, require approval, you can send the invoice for approval directly from the Invoices page.
There are two ways to send an invoice for approval.
Method 1: From the Invoices Page
Go to the Invoices page.
Locate the invoice that requires approval.
Click the Send for Approval blue Icon.
Click Send Now.
Method 2: From the Approvals Tab
Go to the Approvals > Unsent tab within the Invoices page.
Select the invoice you want to send for approval.
Click Send Approval.
Once the invoice has been sent for approval, its status will move from Unsent to Pending.
You can also check who will receive the invoice approval request by going to the participant’s profile. Navigate to the Configuration section and click ‘View all approvers.’
