Navigating Within the Providers Profile

Each provider profile is organised into tabs, allowing you to easily access and manage different types of information related to the provider.

To open a provider’s profile, simply double-click on the provider’s name from the Providers list. This will open the provider profile where you can view and manage the provider’s details.


About Tab

The About tab is where you’ll find the provider’s core details. Here, you can:

  • View and edit basic information (provider name, ABN, primary service)

  • Manage banking details (BSB, account number, account name)

  • Verify bank details using the Verify bank details button

  • Update address and location with a map preview

  • Configure Provider Status & Settings, such as:

    • Reimbursement provider toggle

    • BPAY enabled toggle

  • View ABN verification status


Activity Tab

The Activity tab provides a timeline of all actions related to the provider. This includes:

  • Notes added

  • Emails sent

  • Documents generated or uploaded

  • Payment summaries and system activity

You can also filter activity by type (e.g., notes, invoices, emails, documents, audit) to quickly find specific records.


Documents Tab

The Documents tab stores all files related to the provider. Here, you can:

  • View uploaded documents

  • Access payment summaries

  • Use the search bar to find specific files

  • Upload new documents using Upload document

  • Generate documents such as payment summaries

You can also download or delete files as needed.


Notes Tab

The Notes tab allows you to store and manage internal notes about the provider. Features include:

  • Viewing notes

  • Searching and filtering notes by type

  • Pinning important notes

  • Adding new notes using Add Note

This is useful for keeping track of important updates or context about the provider.


Service Item Rules Tab

You can:

  • Add rules to flag or exclude specific service items

  • Configure provider-specific processing behaviour

  • Click Add Rule to create new rules


Compliance Tab

The Compliance tab shows any compliance-related information for the provider.

This may include:

  • NDIS Commission compliance actions

  • Alerts or issues related to compliance

If there are no compliance records, a message will indicate that no actions are found.


Claims Tab

The Claims tab provides a detailed view of all claims associated with the provider.

You can:

  • Search for invoices or claims

  • Filter by:

    • Participant

    • Type

    • Category

    • Service dates

  • Group claims (e.g., by participant)

  • View key details such as invoice number, status, and totals

This is useful for tracking and reviewing claim activity in a provider.


Service Agreements Tab

The Service Agreements tab displays agreements linked to the provider. Here, you can:

  • View existing service agreements

  • Search agreements by participant, name, or category

If no agreements have been created, an empty state message will appear.
