Navigating the Participant Profile

This section provides an overview of how to navigate a participant’s profile and understand the information available within it.

Updated yesterday

To open a participant’s profile, double-click on the participant’s name from the participants list. This will take you to the participant’s profile page where you can view and manage their information.

Participant Details

Priority Note

The Priority Note appears at the top of the profile and displays important information that should be visible whenever the participant’s profile is opened, this will also be visible when reviewing/QAing an Invoice for a participant in the Invoices page. From here you can View the changes made in the priority note, edit and delete.

Quick Actions

Activity

The Activity section shows recent interactions and actions related to the participant. This may include:

  • Notes

  • Tasks

  • Invoices

  • Comments

  • Emails

Right Panel Information

On the right-hand side of the profile, you will find additional participant details, including:

  • Participant Details
    Displays key information such as the participant’s NDIS number, Date of Birth, Address, Service Region and Date when they've joined the Plan Manager.

  • Team Members
    Lists the Team members assigned to the participant. This is where you can add a team member as well..

  • Configuration
    Shows participant-specific settings, such as statement preferences and approval settings.

  • Flags & Notes
    Displays any flags or important notes associated with the participant and flag them as with 'Similar Name Warning'

  • Banking Details
    Shows the participant’s recorded bank account information.

  • Portal Access
    Indicates whether the participant has access to the participant portal. This is where you can give access portal to the participant.

  • Actions

Service Bookings /Budget tab

The Service Bookings tab provides an overview of the participant’s funding and budget allocation.

From this tab, you can view budgets across different support categories such as Core, Capacity Building, and Consumables. It displays how funds are allocated, utilised, and remaining, allowing you to monitor spending against the participant’s plan.

Click on the Category to view the rules and service agreement. This is also the section where you can add and edit a service agreement and budget rules.


Documents

The Documents tab stores all files related to the participant.

This includes documents such as service agreements, consent forms and etc. Documents are organised by category, making them easy to locate. You can upload new files, search for specific documents, and filter by type. You can also View Statement and generate statements in this section.


Notes

The Notes tab is used to record and manage participant-related notes.

You can create notes to capture updates, communication, or important information. Notes can include attachments and are timestamped for reference. Filtering options allow you to quickly find specific notes or view pinned items.


Tasks

The Tasks tab allows you to manage actions and follow-ups for the participant.

From here, you can create and track tasks, assign them to team members, and monitor their status. Tasks include due dates and can be filtered by priority or assignee, helping ensure that required actions are completed on time.


Claims

The Claims tab displays all invoices and claims associated with the participant.

Claims can be grouped by provider and filtered by type, category, or service dates. This tab allows you to review invoice details, including status and totals, and track all claim-related activity for the participant.
