The goal is to ensure all fields captured by the system match the invoice and that any discrepancies are identified and corrected before submitting the claim.
Understanding the Invoice Review Screen
a. Invoice PDF
Displays the original uploaded invoice.
This allows you to compare the extracted data against the actual document.
b. Priority Note
displays important notes whenever the invoice is viewed on the Invoices page. You can also edit the note directly from this section.
c. Extracted Invoice Details
This section contains the information the system extracted from the invoice, including:
Invoice Number
Invoice Date
Provider
Participant
Tax Amount
Total Amount
Service Line Items
You should review these fields to ensure the extracted information matches the invoice.
d. Extracted Invoice Lines
At the bottom of the screen, you will see the line items extracted by the system from the invoice.
Each line contains:
Description
Service Item Number
Cancellations
Type
Service Dates (From / To)
Quantity
Price
GST Code
Total
Managing Invoice Line
You can manage invoice lines using the available actions:
Duplicate line
Delete line
Swap quantity and price
Validate and claim errors
💡 TIP : Highlighting Extracted Data. When you hover over a line item, the system will highlight the corresponding section in the invoice PDF where the information was extracted. This helps verify the accuracy of the extracted data.
e. Warning and Action Section
On the right-hand side, the system may display warnings or actions required, such as provider flags or approval requirements.
Examples include:
Provider warning in cases where you flagged the provider
Participant warning in cases where you flagged the participant

f. Additional Tabs
Email - Shows the original email where the invoice was extracted from. This section is only visible if the invoice was uploaded via email ingestion.
Notes - Provides access to the participant’s and provider's notes, allows you to add new notes directly.
Documents - Allows access to and management of documents, allows you to add new documents directly.
Comments - You can add comments and tag team members by mentioning them before posting the comment.
Audit Log - Displays a timeline of activities, including when the invoice was uploaded and actions performed on it.
Analytics - Provides insights into the participant and provider relationship, including:
Invoice volume over time
Total amount over time
Most used service item numbers
Provider and participant locations
Route information (useful for invoices that include kilometre charges)
g. Additional Invoice Actions
At the bottom of the screen, you can perform several additional actions:
Archive Invoice
Hold Invoice
Replace PDF
Send Email
Process the invoice as Manual Claim
Mark the invoice as won't Claim
