How to navigate the 'Advanced' Caresquare Participant Portal

This guide will show you how to navigate the portal and use each of its key sections. This will help the you track participant plans, budgets and monitor spending trends.

1. Login to view the list of participants you have permission to view. Click View Dashboard (A) to open the individual participant profiles.
*please note, if you have ONE participant, it will go directly to their profile rather than the list view shown below*


2. View the overall summary of your participant's profile and click Show Details to view participant & plan details

Budget Management Tab

The budget management tab helps track how much has been allocated, released, spent and how much is remaining in each category.

Click View Options (A) to alter and expand your view
1. Spending Health (B)
Provides indicators for spending status from "Healthy" to "Burning Fast"

2. Expand Categories (C)

Breaks down by sub-categories

3. Hide Empty (D) recommended

Hides any funding categories that have zero funds allocated

Click on category title (e.g. Core) to view more details, track spending progress, utilisation and trends.

2. Breaks down budget to sub categories, showing funding periods, budget, released, spent and available funding


Analytics Tab

The Analytics Tab breaks down budget distribution, spending trends and provider analysis and key metrics

1. Overview (A)
Provides a snapshot/summary of budget distribution (B), key metrics (C) and budget utilisation (D). These can be handy to screenshot and send off in a report to the client

2. Spending Analysis
​Outlines spending trends over the last 12 weeks of a plan

3. Provider Analysis

Provides a breakdown of participants and their spend over the selected time period. This is ordered by highest amount of funding in that period spent to lowest.

All Claims Tab

The All Claims Tab allows you to filter and view the complete history of claims and invoices. You can filter (A) by provider, status, support type, amount and date of service. You can also export all invoices into a report (B).

Approvals Tab

If you have approvals set up for your participant, this tab will show any claims pending approvals.

Privacy Mode Settings (A)

Enable (B) when you want to securely move between participants. This ensures the list of participants is not visible if you are on the road or meeting with participants.

Once enable is selected, enter the participant name to view their dashboard.

OR

Switch (A) between participants recently viewed or navigate back to your list (B)
