Use the Same Email Address Linked to the Portal
Secure your Email address, the same email that you are using when logging in to the CARESQUARE PORTAL
Enter Your Email and Request a Magic Link
Open the mobile app, enter your email address, and tap ‘Send Magic Link’.
Note: When entering the email, please double-check that there are no typos and no extra spaces at the beginning or end of the email address 🙂
Check Your Email for a One-Time Password (OTP)
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address shortly after.
Find the Email from Caresquare
Go to your inbox and look for an email from NDIS Portal ([email protected]). This email will contain your OTP code.
Note : Make sure that you are referencing/looking at the most recent OTP that was sent you.
Enter the OTP in the App
Return to the app, enter the OTP in the designated field, and tap ‘Verify Code’ to complete the login process.
