This is where you submit invoices for claim after moving them from the "Invoices Ready" tab.
Flagged
This early flagging allows for timely corrections, minimizing delays in claim processing. You can click the dropdown arrow and under the 'Raised Flags' it will provide details on the identified issue, enabling you to rectify/correct it prior to NDIS submission.
Details about each flagged issue are available in the "Raised Flags" dropdown.
There are two ways to resolve an issue:
1) Select the Invoice and make the required changes and submit the claim again, or
2) Select the Invoice, send the claim back to QA for correction and resubmit from there.
Pending
This section displays all invoices submitted to the NDIS that are pending approval. You also have the option to mark an invoice as paid here.
Note : Once you have received payment from the NDIS into your account and the system isn't automatically reflecting the paid status, you can manually refresh the claims status by clicking the 'Refresh Claims' button from the pending tab.
Processed
Payment Ready
This section lists all invoices that are ready for payment. You can initiate the ABA file creation process from here.

Partially Ready
This area is for invoices that have a combination of 'paid' and 'pending' statuses across their individual line items.
Note : All line items on an invoice must have the status "paid" before the invoice can be processed for payment.
Partially Paid
This section lists all invoices that were partially paid by the NDIS.
You can set a tolerance for these Partially Paid claims by following the screenshot below from within the Partially Paid tab. Please use this with caution.
This tolerance value determines whether a claim is marked as partially paid instead of paid. For example, a tolerance of 0.01 means claims underpaid or overpaid by 1 cent will be marked as Paid rather than Partially Paid.
You also have the ability to Ignore a Partially Paid claim and set it to Paid, this can be done by selecting the Invoice and clicking the Ignore button.
Rejected
You can find all invoices that was rejected by the NDIS here. To understand why an invoice was rejected, click the dropdown next to the invoice number and look under "Errors." The status is also shown here.
The "Fix" function provides the capability to rectify errors present in invoices or individual line items. The following fields are available for modification:
-Description
-Service Item Number
-Claim Type
-Date To & Date From
-Quantity, Price, and GST Code.
Line item deletion is also supported. Following corrective action, the invoice may be resubmitted.
You can filter the view to display only rejected lines by activating the "Show rejected only" toggle switch in the top left corner.
On Hold
This is where you'll find invoices that were ready for payment but have been placed on hold.

Cancelled
This section displays all your cancelled claim items.
