How to add a Task

- Add New Task or Recurring Task for each Participant by:

  1. Navigate to the Participants Page and double click a participant name

  2. Go to the 'Task' Tab and click "New Task" or "Recurring Task"


    this will give you the capacity to :

    • set a priority (from Low, Medium, High or Critical)

    • set due date

    • assign to a team member

  3. Once done click 'Save'

- After creating a Task, you can access a dedicated 'Tasks' page.
​This page serves as a centralized location for all your tasks, with their respective details and due dates. If you've assigned a task to someone else, they can view the tasks assigned to them on their own 'Tasks' page.


- To mark a task as complete, check the box icon. This will automatically move the completed task to the 'Done' tab.
