How to Navigate within the 'Participants' Page

Update a Participant Information in an instant

Click a Participant (Single-click) and you will see a quick access to their "About" tab where you can update any information in an instant. A quick-access panel will slide open on the right side of the screen.

When you double click a Participant you will be directed to their Profile wherein you can access tabs :

OVERVIEW

Navigate within INVOICES

All Invoices related to the Participant where you can:

- Search for an specific Invoice using the Search Bar.

- Filter the Date Range of the list of Invoices you want to see.
(The date range filter is pre-set to your plan dates for convenience, but you can easily adjust it as needed)

​- Group and filter the Invoices by Provider, Type, Category, and Status and Instantly have access to the PDF Invoice by clicking the "View" Button.


- Download the list of Invoices per category and Data extraction by clicking the Download Button.
Note : To ensure you're seeing the most recent invoices, click the refresh button in the Participant's Invoice section.

- Generate Setup Fee and Monthly Fee.

View and Add NOTES

-View and Add note(s) by clicking "+New Note", be able to customize it as well and attach files as needed. Once done click "Add Note"


- Access and manage notes directly within Invoice Page as well. Simply select 'Notes' from the top bar of any invoice. This section allows you to :

  • search for specific notes

  • view existing ones

  • easily add new notes

Note : When an invoice is assigned to a specific participant, all related notes will automatically be loaded and displayed in this section as well.

Create a direct link between this note and the invoice by checking 'Relates to this Invoice'.

View and Add TASK(S)

- View and Add New Task or Recurring Task for each Participant by Clicking "New Task" or "Recurring Task" which will give you the capacity to set a priority, set due date and assign to a team member.

View and Add DOCUMENTS

-View and attach documents by clicking "+New Documents" select a document type and upload by selecting the file from you folder or simply drag and drop.

-Easily view Statements

(there is a separate article dedicated on 'How to Add a Document to a Participant')

- You can also access and view documents directly on the Invoice Page. Just go to the Invoice and select 'Documents' from the top bar, you can also see the date on when the document was added.

Note : When an invoice is assigned to a specific participant, all related documents will automatically be loaded and displayed in this section as well.

View BUDGET


-View Budget for each Participant by Support Type and Category.
Showcasing the Approved, Allocated, Spent, Remaining Amount and a Forecast and Weekly with fast loading time.


-The participant's configured rules can be reviewed by clicking the "View Agreement Budget" button.


- You can also view the budget directly on the Invoice Page. Just go to the Review tab and under the Participant field select 'View Budget'.

Create SERVICE BOOKINGS

- Click "+Create Booking" to create Service Bookings.


- Caresquare offers integrated service booking functionality. When you create a service booking within the Caresquare platform, the system automatically creates and reflects a matching service booking within the participant's associated PRODA account ensuring data consistency across both platforms.

TEAM

- Add a Team Member to a Participant

- This section allows you to view a Team Member's contact details and make necessary updates to their information as well.

- You can also view the other Participants linked to a specific Team member under
'Other Connections' .

About


The About tab serves as a repository for all relevant data and information pertaining to the Participant and the associated setup configuration.
